Raumu San-so

Friendly and welcoming hosts at what is more accurately a Bed and Breakfast. The most comfortable futon I've slept on so far in Japan.

It's a long uphill walk from the station ( though the host does offer to pick-up from the station)

The staffs are so nice! The duvet is so light and warm, I even want to ask them where to buy it😂 Thanks for sharing this cozy room for me. It’s the most great night I’ve ever had in this whole trip!

Very friendly & accommodating host

The hosts were an amzing couple that tried to make you feel really at home and the food was amazingly delicious.

No problems here

The location is very near to Nakatsuna lake and Oki lake. We can drive to Sakura no daira and Hakuba Valley from here too. Breakfast is delicious, the owners are very kind and cute and informative. If we have a chance, I will come back again.

Everything is good

I loved how it was away from all the hustle and bustle. it was very relaxing and a nice location. the area was pretty too. Also the hosts were extremely friendly, didn’t know much English but it worked out in the end. They took me to popular ski resorts as well as a camera trip to take photos of the mountain scape. They even made me lovely baths and called it the Raumu onsen, which was funny. They even gave me small goodbye presents which was a nice gift to take home to Australia. I very much loved my visit to the Raumu San-So. Also the food was exquisite great meals every night, so well made !
