One of the most lovingly stay i had ever stayed. Couldn’t felt like going out… felt like staying in a palace

The hoist Angie is the most sweet & kind lady I have experienced in my England trip of 90days, we have received warm hospitality & care during our 11 day’s staying, we were upgraded to a family en-suite, the kitchen wears and breakfast she prepared in the room are beyond our expectation. All furniture & deco are classic and warm, we feel that we got lots more than we paid her. With appreciation Chang Don Long

The parking which was labelled free was not given to us. We have to park hundreds of yards away on the street on either sides of the house on public streets. The room is cramped up and congested fully to the core. The small room or the studio as it says has the kitchen and bathroom all , when we told the manager to do an upgrade since a better room was available, she did not do an upgrade, and told the price went up from 71 to 81 pounds after we booked. This was a total nightmare as they built a room in their attic with half of the roof falling on our head and constricting our movement as we have to walk with our head down due to the slated roof of the house on our head in half part of the room. The bed is also not for two persons as if it was just 4 feet or even 3 feet in width so if 2 persons sleep it may feel both of them could fall from either side. The breakfast which is declared free is a continental one and should be declared continental, we took the hotel in the belief that it is full breakfast but since it was not declared continental as in just some cereals and milk, we regret going here. So it was a manipulative tactic to fool people into your place After knowing these problems, the manager knew we were going to report this hotel so she quietly cancelled the booking 2 hours before our check out so that we could not give a review on her place. This we came to after talking to booking.com as they said the money was taken in the evening of the day of booking but the room was shown cancelled and declared no show just 2 hours before we did a check out in the next day morning.

Very convenient position for our purposes. Very welcoming by the host. The room was excellent.

We did have a small issue with the shower but it didn’t affect our overall pleasure for our stay.

Too noisy at night due to traffic on busy rd also needs blind over windows in kitchen too much light early morning fridge noisy Bed too hard Pillows and bedding smelt fusty Carpet on stairs was very worn and extremely dangerous every run was ripped and hanging away from stairs No mirror over dressing table Needs bath mat as floor gets wet after shower Over sized towel rail close to toilet not much room when sat on toilet No parking as having drive done But didn’t tell us this parked on street

Parking was not available but not a real problem The shower water was really hot and little hard to control

Host was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Good facilities. Comfortable bed.

No complaints at all.
