Location was excellent. No frills, but easy enough to find and get the keys for.

Warm, clean and central location . Everything you needed for short stay.

Would have preferred white linen and towels. However, what we had were very clean.

Room was as expected - a normal sized double, with comfortable bed. Excellent location in the city centre, 10 mins walk from the station and literally round the corner from St James’ Park. Check in was smooth and easy with instructions provided by text beforehand. For an overnight stay at this cost compared to hotels round the corner, it was great value. No frills, perfect for an overnight stay.

Nothing that was unexpected based off reading previous reviews. Some people might not like that the toilet and shower are side by side, but didn’t bother me at all. Some loud drunks outside in the early hours but that can’t be helped - I’d imagine it’d be annoying on a Friday or Saturday if you were after some quiet though.

the bed was very comfortable, clean and the room was quiet.

no soap in bathroom.
