Info about getting in was smooth and clear. The place was amazingly clean and crisp. Spacious.

There was a lovely kitchen, but I saw absolutely no breakfast. I suppose I could've cooked something if I had anything, but I did not have anything and there was nothing available that I saw. Wasn't expecting that. Ran out of hot water in the morning shower. Parking was not as easy as expected - much of the area was 2 hr only. The temperature in the building was set and unchangeable, but could've been a touch warmer. The place was sparse and not too cozy.

"bare bones place to lay your head with zero customer service"

The location is very convenient to both Temple University and Center City. The room and facilities are clean, bed is comfortable.

AC was not effective and the room was very hot. Owners/prop managers did nothing about it, only said “sorry for inconvenience.”

Nice building and location is in a convenient location

there are some sketchy Neighborhoods close by. The room was nice and clean, but can tell they do not keep it up as much as maybe is needed. The blinds on the window were broken. The bathroom faucet was loose. In general a very nice place though, and just needs a little up keep.
