AF Stays - Philadelphia 1210 Mt Vernon St

Attractive exterior. Entry way and halls very clean. There were NO stange odors like some hotels. Apartment and shower were very clean. Bed was medium firm, I didn't sink and get lost in it. Quieter neighborhood. Overall. THANK YOU . !

The kitchen was clean ,and had plenty of utensils . But the few food supplies were past or near expiration , but I wasn't expecting breakfast. There were coffee makers but NO coffee. I had hoped for at least some coffee.

Room was a good size, check in was simple

Unfortunately the quality of stay depends on who the other guests are - the walls are paper thin and we could hear the guests above us partying til 3am. Someone else was smoking in their room and made the whole apartment complex smell. It felt like being in a hostel/student accommodation.

I like that the common area was able to be utilized with a full kitchen and that our room had everything in it that was needed for us.

The towels were a little scratchy, but no biggie.

I stayed for 2 nights with my wife. Place was spotless! We had one main table, which we used mainly to eat, and a desk perfect for the laptop. Nice and clean bathroom. Great location! We could find parking a few blocks from the apartment.

The only thing to mention is that we had a cold day and the temperature was a bit low.

There was no breakfast

The code given for our room did not work. The front door was open and unlocked. The building was hot,smelly and dirty. We did not stay and would never book with you again. We are not paying for our non-stay.

That it was spacious and fairly close to city center.

The area didnt feel safe and other people who stayed there didn’t respect the quite hour.
