Nice location. Rooms are not small and mattress is comfortable enough. Kitchen is equipped with basics allowing for some small cooking if you so desire. For what I paid it was nice.

No detergent for doing my laundry, I'm not gonna buy a whole jug of detergent while I'm travelling. Wi-Fi was not the fastest but good enough.

Everything you need was right there very comfortable very clean and right in the heart of the city

Got lost a lot

Good location and easy access. Laundry available on site. Bedroom was clean. Quiet neighborhood.

Shower was not clean from previous guests. Broken blinds (can’t shut slats) with windows next to street lamps made room not very dark at night. Easy to hear other guests on property (converted home with common space).

Location was good.

We had stayed in one of their other properties and really liked it but his one was felt sketchy. Our room was in the basement of the property and the noise of the other guests walking in the kitchen above made it difficult to sleep.

The place was clean, the location was pretty central so we could walk to most of the places, there was a free street parking one of two blocks away.

When we entered the house with the code we were given, the alarm went on and we didn’t know how to turn it off. We pressed a number and after 5 minutes it started a again. We pressed a different number because there was no phone number to contact the hosts, as we were communicating with messages and the response from the host wasn’t fast enough to help us with this issue. Although the room was clean enough as I said, the bathroom was equipped with the bare minimum. Like, we got very small and worn out towels and just one per person. (there were no extras really). Unfortunately, the internet was not working properly. The first night we couldn’t fall asleep, because there was a very disturbing alarm going on from the street (which wasn’t really the hosts fault) but after we contacted them that night that we would like to change the room since we were the only guests in three floors house with many rooms in it, and there was a complete radio silence from the hosts. The second night we woke up around 4 because there was shouting and screaming right on our street and the police was chasing some people. So, it does gave us the chills that maybe the neighborhood was a bit sketchy.
