Bathroom was very updated.

Location & parking . Wall & ceiling super thin and can hear everything!

It is a very nice neighborhood, in a convenient location. There is plenty to do within walking distance with several nice bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable for an overnight stay.

Walking in, common space seems pleasant and clean though I didn’t end up using the space at all.

As a single female traveler, I felt very exposed in the basement room, where the doors are glass french doors with only cheap Venetian blinds that were bent and broken, leaving parts where anyone could look in. The pipes banged all night long, making it very difficult to sleep. The shower was mildewed and just not very clean. It totally smelled like pot when I arrived. The whole room just needs a deep cleaning: the walls had weird stains and it looked like dried up ketchup on the desk legs.

Location fine , room clean.

Could have used at least 1 side table light / lamp and a way to fully Close blinds. Also very strong marijuana smell...and arguing tenants at 130a
