Great location, big room, very easy to get to.

No staff contact at all.

It was easy to get in and out. The house itself and access to the kitchen was nice.

Reeked of cigarette smoke in my room, I was gagging the whole time and had to sleep with the window open even though it was like 30 degrees. No filtered water anywhere in the house - fridge door didn’t work and no brita. Shampoo and other amenities were nearly empty and I had to open the bottle to get the last dredges out. The towels were also laughably small. The smoke was the big thing for me though

It was spacious and near multiple bus lines.

The restroom fan didn't work.

Property was nice and clean but was never told there was going to be others staying there. It was loud even after the quiet hours. I reached out to owners they were nice but then reported I never stay there when I asked for a refund I got told I never checked in.

Lovely place to stay in the centre of Philadelphia, rooms are very spacious and clean. Only a short walk to the center of town and plenty of Citi bikes around to rent. Free parking was also easy to get in the surrounding streets. Laundry room was very convenient for someone on a longer trip.

The coffee maker did not work. I plugged it in. I added coffee I added water. I hit start. Nothing.
