"Went for the roots festival, stayed at the property by myself was no problems safe and secure property. Will stay again"

How close everything was to walk too, save $ cause places I wanted to see and visit were close by.

"Cheap, average location, very noisy floors."

Property was generally clean and had the things you need based on the price. It is a little out of the way if you want to view the main tourist sites in Philadelphia but you should know that before booking.

The guests on the floor above were smoking and were very loud. The sound of footsteps above is very loud and you can hear it from your room it disturbed my sleep.
