AF Stays - Philadelphia 1210 Mt Vernon St

It was walkable to my convention and not delaying area. Daytime it looks better. Not bad walking alone at night.

Noise and the drier ran late into the night.The other residents were noisy. I could hear loud walking from above and lous talking. Neighborhood was also noisy from 9pm until 1am.

Nicely renovated and comfortable.

Wasn't able to get the wi-fi passwords to work.

Staff was rude and unaccommodating

Staff refused reasonable requests

The convenience of the location

It’s advertised like you’re getting a whole apartment but you’re simply just renting a bedroom and private bathroom. And you can’t control the temperature in your room.

Great location

The entire stay was a mess. Horrible hosts. When we moved in the bedsheets were stained and smelled foul which we had to address ourselves. Then, they changed the code to our unit door halfway through our stay. Ended up calling the police for being locked out of the apartment with all the documents and money inside. Had to get another property at 4am after spending hours on the phone trying to reach them. They won’t respond to your calls. Booking com won’t help either. They refunded us for the entire stay but that didn’t fix the distress.
