Very nice and forthcoming owner, cool apartment even in the heat (no airco needed), very comfortable beds, two bathrooms, very spacious,, very close to historic landmarks

The living room is quite dark (no windows). The dogs in the yard would start barking unexpectedly any time of day or night, just next to the apartment, so very loud. Bathroom area smelt a bit of sewage.

В Тбилиси были впервые и повезло нам колоссально - отличное расположение, доступность достопримечательностей города, транспортная развязка. Очень гостеприимная и радушная хозяйка Нино. Квартира удобная, большая по площади, тихая для сна, находится в аутентичном, очень колоритном дворике, где все друг друга знают, оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой, возможно приготовление еды, но мы готовили себе только завтраки - наслаждались грузинской кухней в многочисленных ресторанах и кафе города, где ни разу не были разочарованы. Рекомендую к проживанию однозначно.

Просторная квартира, довольно свежий ремонт. Красивое место в старом городе. Рядом с домом небольшой парк с детской площадкой. Гостиприимная, доброжелательная хозяйка.

Немного не хватает света на кухне.

We liked everything about this place: central location, quiet street, clean, spacious and cozy apartment, and the yard. There are several food stores in the neighborhood. The hosts are very nice and friendly, our communication was easy and pleasant. We felt at home. Thank you, Nino and Tamta!

Very friendly host, allowed us to check-in much earlier. Central location, very spacious apartment, fully equipped.

One mattress was not very comfortable and could be renewed.

Very big apartment with a good location in old Tbilisi, the bathrooms have a little bad smell when it rains, the host is very friendly and supportive, tge apartment is fully equipped and very nice

Location! Near to 2 super market and very big shopping centre and many restaurants and café. There is nearby also a gym. Nearby a hill with amazing view ! . You can go everywhere by foot! Facilities of the apartment. Nothing is missing! Very big refrigerator! Very very friendly owners! The apartment has autonomous heating system! Very clean apartment! Thanks owners for everything! 😃 High recommended!
