It's a nice spacious apartment very close to all the city sights, with shops nearby. The location is perfect, you only have to factor in that it is on a very steep slope.

I did not do any cooking, but sometimes brought food that needed reheating. I could really use a microwave. And having some English-language TV channels would also be good.

Modern and very comfortable flat with all the needed facilities. Also, it's located in a nice old building with that traditional courtyard, so you can have a glimpse of this lovely part of Tbilisian life, have an occasional chat with neighbours or make friends with adorable dog. At the same time, it's quite close to the city sites, as well as to shops, cafes and bars, and just a few steps from Mtatsminda funicular. Owners Tamta and her mother Nino were very nice and willing to help at any time.

Not a drawback, but just a thing to keep in mind: if you go from public transport stops, you will need to walk uphill a bit (which is fine, but not advisable to do if you carry big luggage).

From now, my favorite apartment in Tbilisi, excellent location, very clean, great people! Thanks for great vacation, definitely will book this property again!!!

Nina and her little daughter welcomed us very nicely. The apartment was quite spacious, clean and the equipment was sufficient. If I go to Tbilisi again, I would stay in the same place again.
