Очень довольны! Уютно, чисто, всё необходимое под рукой. Особенно понравилась внимательность хозяев и их забота о гостях. Отличное место для комфортного пребывания. В самом центре города. Однозначно рекомендую!

The location is absolutely superb. This guesthouse is in the inner yard of the Courtyard Marriott hotel. This guesthouse is actually is a part of a large, soviet-elite kind flat. So, the kitchen is huge, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a smaller bathroom with a shower. And that is for just three rooms. There are balconies and good conditioning. Hosts are very understanding and helpful.

Супер расположение! Центральнее не придумать. Парковка есть. Большие комнаты , ванная. Очень внимательные хозяева ,встретили. Много кафе ресторанов магазинов рядом. Метро в шаге. Старый Тбилиси тут же рядом. Все необходимое в номере было. Просторная кухня.

Great family guesthouse in the city centre! We came in the middle of the night, yet everything was set and the owner was up waiting for us. Best location, very clean, well equipped kitchen and most friendly owner- what else could you ask for?

Perfect position just behind Freedom Square, super friendly host, clean and spacious room

The shared bathroom is very small, but you can deal with it for a short stay

Occasional traffic noise from nearby streets

Very good location and facilities… （ kitchen… washing machine… everything u need you can use for free）

Nothing！（maybe it's difficult to find the right place for the first time but no worries. The host will tell you and even pick us up at mid night）
