Location was great very centrally located, walking distance to almost everything.

Only the location of the property

The place has no problem. However, the owner kicked us out and did not let us finish our stay for the last day morning until checkout. His no consideration. Why he didn't tell us on the first day that we needed to be very quiet for us to stay there. He waited for the 4th day to tell us about the noise of the flooring which is an old floor. It An old flooring so of course it's making noise when you walk in the hallway even if you are trying to minimize it. We are a bit big group total of seven people. And we move all together when we are preparing for the tour every day. And he complained about that. Even if we minimize our voice when we are talking still he complains. If he discusses everything on the first day. We will not continue our stay there. We regret that we stayed there. It's ruined our stay in Georgia. The owner is rude and arrogant. This place is not recommended for a big group, not lgbt friendly. It's a big mistake that we book that place.

The hotel name not showing any outside the building I have spent more than 2hr to find the hotel. I came twice to the location but couldn’t find until I called

Owner behaviour is good. Very neat and clean with calm enviornment.

I believe adding TV and a box of tissue can add more value.
