The location is perfect, beautiful architecture all around. The family who own the house are friendly. The beds are comfy and the washing machine is a huge bonus.

In the shower it was difficult to get the right temperature. We didnt try to cook food, but the kitchenette looked a bit cramped.

We traveled with our baby. Since the weather was a bit cold, they turned up the heating and didn’t lower it even on warmer days. The hosts also brought us local food as a gift. If I ever go to Tbilisi again, I would definitely stay in this house. Its location within walking distance to all the tourist attractions is a big plus.

Location is quite central, close to every attractions. Room is cozy and well equipped. There is washing machine and even a kitchen!

Location is perfect, right in the center of old Tbilisi, with pick-up for all day tours within 1-2 minutes walking. The house is a cozy and comfortable place to stay. All amnesties required are already provided. A kitchen with stove and all essential utensils are available. The best part is the host, she is a very nice and sweet lady :)

Had an amazing stay over New Year! The owner is super accommodating, always checking in and asking if we needed anything. She even gifted us wine and churchkela. The location is perfect, with easy access to a variety of local and Asian restaurants. The beds were comfortable ensuring a cozy stay. Plus, something that stood out for me was the water dipper in the bathroom. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect in the heart of old Tbilisi. The host is incredibly friendly and welcoming, I very much enjoyed talking with her. Apartment was very clean and well furnished.
