"the heat and soul of Tbilisi"

The location is ideal, in the heart of old town, with a magnificent view from the terrace. The apartment is very clean and cosy, has everything you need for an enjoyable stay (comfortable bed, clean bathroom, washing machine, kitchen with all essentials, good WiFi). The incredible ladies (owners) were extremely polite and caring. We were treated like family members and we are grateful for their kindness. My husband and I stayed there for 11 nights and would have stayed longer if we had more time. Thank you!

"A beautiful accommodation in the best part of Tbilisi"

Our stay at Anzori house was amazing! The room is clean and very comfortable. I also loved the bookshelf in the room. Our hosts were fantastic. They were communicative, friendly and very helpful. The location is one if the best you can get in the city. You are basically surrounded by culture, historical sights, restaurants and bars. But be aware that if you have any conditions that prevent you from walking up steep hills, you will only be able to reach this accommodation by car.

Very good lokation. The host was very nice. The room had a little kitchen. The whole appartment was very clean.

The double bed was small. 1,20 I guess. The matress was bad, we could feel the metall feathers and the matress was hanging to one site. For a good stay the quality of the bed is important I think.

"My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Anzori House!"

Anzori House's location was great. It is located right under the Narika Fortress and as well as walking distance to restaurants, bath houses, and some of the landmarks. The host and her mother are very warm, welcoming, helpful, and seem to genuinely love hosting visitors. They offered us fruits, cheese and bread. My sister and I especially love the terrace which overlooks the city.

Super friendly owners, perfect location, beautiful terrace with the best views, good wifi, great that it has a kitchen!

Mattresses felt quite soft and old, could be improved. The space is small if you are 3 or more people and bring a lot of luggage. But overall it is a great budget option for Tbilisi!
