Spotlessly clean, lovely touches like Wild toiletries, gorgeous cookies, fantastic food and exceptional staff who were professional, friendly and went the extra mile.

Proximity of extraction hood but thus was switched off at night.

"lovely stay over all and great food with attentive courteous staff"

Food was excellent and exceeded expectations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Beautiful building and kept clean.

Shower was either scalding or cold and not good controls. Bathroom needed an upgrade. Good to provide more hooks and shelves for bathroom bits.
