Clean and spacious enough for me.

The gate took along time to close and this can be a problem in respect of safety- the owner was informed.

There was no tea or coffee

It was clean spacious and very friendly staff, close by parking and secure. The beds and pillows where nice. The single seat couch was very comfortable, I want to get some of those seats! It was a good experience to stay there for our overnight visit. They were very accommodating to give the key before official check in time and to receive the key back before 7 am. Thank you The ducks where very very cute, we loved them!

The fridge was very loud. Missing lights in the kitchen area. They forgot to put some coffee there in the evening.

Bit of an issue with the drain and hot water was also 'n probleem but was sorted quickly

Water pressure in bathroom pathetic. Lots of traffic noise . Repairs and maintenance is required.

The rooms are nice and big and everything you need is in working condition. Thank you for a lovely stay.
