The flat was spacious. Huge dining area and kitchen. Lots of beds and cupboard space. It was on the main road into town so easy access. The property borders a river and they had just been flooded out, the staff were all working extra hours to clean and dry out beds and curtains. They had a new geyser installed but it wasn't cold enough and big enough for our group of 6 to all have showers but when we asked, they fixed it for us.

We had to keep asking for toilet paper. We were there for a week and had a public holiday and a Saturday in the mix where they didn't service the flat but they didn't make provision for extra toilet paper. The place had just had a flood so there was a terrible smell coming through the flat. But that wasn't their fault.
