Good customer service, friendly staff

Shower doors couldn't close properly

Great stay, affordable rooms that are clean and comfy, the restaurant downstairs is very nice and staff is helpful and friendly.

Location seem to be fine did not offer any kind of breakfast. There is a restaurant that Jason to this building that they own, but did not open until noon. There is no coffee complementary in the rooms has a machine in the hallway which you have to pay for didn’t think that was right.

Didn’t like the idea that there was no coffee available in the morning other than what you offered down the hallway outside of the room

It was my second time staying in Haus Estrella. I would come again. It is super clean and has a very comfy bed. It was very quiet while I was staying. It's close to the center of Radolfzell. The Pizzeria , where one has to check in. on arrival, does fabulous food.

It took a long time for the shower to get warm.

Check-in was uncomplicated, the room was clean and looked like in the pictures, the bed was comfortable. Rewe and other shopping opportunities closeby. It is nothing special but all you need for a short stay.

Location is only convenient if you have a car. The room was a bit expensive for what it was, but I guess these are normal Bodensee prices.
