McLeod's & Stuart's Cottage

The attention to detail was astonishing. From fire lighters to shampoo and conditioner, olive oil to milk in the fridge - literally everything was thought of. The Weber was clean, we loved the shower, easy accessible, ice in the fridge - just brilliant!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The cottage is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and felt like a home away from home. The location in Somerset West was ideal for a relaxing two-night break over Christmas. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into the details to make guests feel welcome.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. It was a flawless stay.

Gianluca is great host! He was able to help us even though we had a very late check in with video explanation of everything we needed to get comfortable as we came in and was very understanding. We had a late checkout and this was also handled very well. Cheers Gianluca! Keep up the fantasies hosting 👏 Superb cottage would definitely recommend the place.

Very modernly furnished with a great kitchen. Super clean and comfortable, felt completely secure and welcomed by hosts Luca and Marie. Nice touches either way tea, coffee, milk and cookies. Look forward to staying again, but longer next time!

Nothing at all

The property was situated in a nice residential neighbourhood . It was clean and had everything we needed . The bonus for me was the jungle gym for my daughter and the nice garden /grass area for her . The accomodation also had a bunch of board games we could play and that was also a bonus . The hosts are lovely !

There was nothing bad about this accommodation . Only thing is ,is that the signal for the WiFi was not so strong , but otherwise everything was perfect .

I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the extra towels as well as the extra blankets. The sleeper couch was perfect for Netflix night and for my one-year-old watching his cartoons. I really liked the fact that they allowed us to use the playground after the other guest has checked out. Also, the wood and firelighters were a great help for our braai on Sunday. A really nice and private location. A place that feels like home.
