The views are incredible, the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is incredible and the owners are truly so kind, generous, and committed to making sure their guests have an enjoyable stay.

Everything was perfect here. The host family is lovely and the location is great, especially if you plan to hike up to the church. Rooms and bathroom are very spacious and spotlessly clean and you get stunning views of the mountains and Kazbegi. The included breakfast is so delicious and huge, you can easily pack some of it as a lunch bag for your hiking tours. I will miss this place and am sure to come back for my next visit. Highly recommended to stay here. Thank you for your hospitality!

The absolute highlight of our vacation. We ended up extending our stay thanks to the warm-hearted host and the stunning nature around. From the first moment, it felt like coming home. Breakfast is lovingly prepared by an older lady who treats every guest like family—just like visiting your grandma. Mornings were filled with hours of chatting, storytelling, and piles of homemade food. The view from the window is breathtaking. A red tourist trail starts nearby, and there’s an excellent restaurant just two minutes from the room. But honestly—who cares about all that when the hosts treat you like part of the family? This is the kind of accommodation where you want to cry when leaving. An experience no rating can truly capture—they deserve every single point Booking can offer.

Such a warm and welcoming family. Nice spacious and clean rooms as well as bathroom. Big hallway with kettle and seats as well as a balcony with great view over the city and the Trinity Church. If you’re hiking, this is definitely the spot for you. We LOVED it here and the overflow at breakfast was too good!

Our favourite stay for our whole trip in Georgia. Amazing views from the balcony and room was clean and spacious with lovely views of the mountain. Breakfast was amazing and thank you again for lending us the hiking boots when there was unexpectedly a blizzard! So much kindness and hospitality, you couldn’t ask for more. Also great location if wanted to do the hike to Trinity church!

Удобнейшее расположение, чуть вдали от шума, большая веранда с видом на горы, хороший воздух, оочень вкусные завьраки и прекрасная семья. Уже не первый раз останавливались здесь, место, как родное.
