Phenomenal view, generous and delicious breakfast

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property — it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything felt just right. The location is perfect: perched in a spot where you can see almost the entire town, and just a short walk to the river and all the major sightseeing spots. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. One of the standout features was the homemade breakfast each morning. Fresh, delicious, and served with care, it gave the stay a warm, personal touch that you don’t often find in typical accommodations. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it really set the tone for the day. The vibe of the place was truly something special — calm, peaceful, and full of character. Whether sitting outside enjoying the view or relaxing indoors, the atmosphere was consistently inviting. The beds were very comfortable, which made for restful nights, and the entire property was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available for questions or recommendations, and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made things even easier. You could tell they genuinely cared about the guest experience. Overall, this was one of those rare stays where everything just feels right — from the hospitality and location to the comfort and atmosphere. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing experience. Whether you're here for nature, sightseeing, or simply to unwind, this place has it all.

Lovely guesthouse. Clean and great location, very close to the start of the hike up to Gergeti Trinity Church. Excellent breakfast as well.

The breakfast served by the hosts was truly spectacular! Authentic Georgian food and an incredible quantity and variety. I would stay here even at 2-3x the price!

We stayed 4 nights here and we wanted to stay more. Dodo's breakfast is amazing and all the family is so nice. The view from the room was amazing too. The room is big and comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Все замечательно: локация, тишина, а самое главное радушные хозяева. Было ощущение, что попал домой, где тебя любят и ждут!

От всей души хочу поблагодарить хозяев за душевное отношение!!!🤗 Я ехала от границы, приехала только в час ночи, и меня ждали, включив заранее обогреватель, так как в горах прохладно. А утром старшая хозяйка накормила меня очень вкусным и сытным завтраком! Мы ещё и душевно побеседовали, как будто приехала в гости к бабушке! От этого всего самые тёплые впечатления!🥰 А ещё вокруг потрясающей красоты горы, ради одних видов стоит сюда приехать!!! На горе находится собор 13-14 веков постройки. А в хорошую погоду даже виден Казбек.

Дом был построен давно, и несмотря на свежий ремонт стен, в номере был запах старого дома. Лично мне кровать не очень удобная была, - для моей не совсем здоровой спины старый матрас, поверх которого положен ватный матрас, - это все же жестковато... И при том что я ночевала на двухспальной кровати, была застелена бельём только одна её половина... Ванная комната мне показалась не очень ухоженной. Из бачка унитаза подтекает вода, и лично мне эти звуки мешали спать. Также в ванной очень шумный старый вентилятор. И плохо проходила вода в душевой кабине. Так как у меня с собой был гель для прочистки труб, то я самостоятельно решила этот вопрос. Скрипучие ручки дверей, - когда я ночью выходила из номера, мне казалось, что сейчас все остальные проснутся от скрипа. Шумоизоляция дверей не очень хорошая, утром другие гости вели себя шумно, и это было очень слышно. И ещё людям с не очень хорошей физической подготовкой надо иметь в виду, что гостевые номера на втором этаже, и тяжёлые чеможаны придётся тащить на всторой этаж.

Incredible breakfast every morning (the best khachapuri we have ever eaten) and very lovely hosts who made sure we were always comfortable. Also fantastic place to stay if you’re doing the Gergeti Trinity Church walk, as it’s situated on the route

The hill up to it from the town, but it was a good workout!
