The place has 4 separate rooms with bathroom each and a public area for dinning with table for 4 persons.

Less appropriate for family . If you need 2 rooms they wouldn't be connected. You must pass the public area to move between rooms .

The room was very clean and nice, with a gorgeous view on Gergeti Trinity church and Mkinvari mountain. Highly recommended place to stay for a couple of days in Stepantsminda.

There were no curtains and during the day the sun was shining down on the bed, which basically was the only place to sit in the room. Also, there was not much space to put clothes, and a table to sit at would be really great.

There must have been some very recent renovation to the rooms, everything looked new and modern. There is a shared kitchen with fridge and free tea and coffee. The room has a very beautiful view to the mountains. Communication with the owner through whatsapp was very convenient.

Only downside is the size of the blanket. If you need space to sleep at night you might not fit 2 people under it.

The owner is very friendly and sweet. I easily found the location. The place is amazing, very beautiful and quite! View is 1000000000$ Would def recommend to my friends!:)

Excellent location, close to center, clean and good view from the windows.

There was not a sign on the street and it was a bit confusing to find the apartment.

I really liked it and I think I will go here
