The stay was nice. The rooms are spacious and clean and everything is new and working. The breakfast was lovely! They go above and beyond to make sure you are fed- even with vegan diets, etc. However, if you're there to hike and want to wake early to eat before you head out, they aren't keen on serving breakfast before 9. Keep that in mind. And the fact that the people you actually meet at the accommodation don't speak English. Only Georgian and some Russian. You'll have to do all of your communication via the app. So it is also necessary to have internet, otherwise you won't be able to contact them to let them know you have arrived. There is no reception area.

The communication was a bit difficult but still the place is nice and I recommend it. It isn't necessarily a place that is made to hang out in all day but it is the perfect little overnight with breakfast before setting out!

Good breakfast, home made marmelade, excelent pancake, yoghurt, Georgian chesese. The view from the rooms are beautiful on the mountains.

Even though there were great windows that opened with good views of the mountains, it did get very warm in the room during the day.

The place is wonderful! It is run by two very nice woman, who prepare delicoous, local breakfest everyday. At the same time they give you a lot of privacy! The apartament is in the center of Stepantsminda. When laying in bed you can see beautiful Kazbeg and hear voices od the village.

Smell from the toilet was a bit upsetting.

It is not a hotel, it is an extension of private property where the owners live and they are serving food - therefore do not expect professionalism as in if you forgot your accessories and go the next day to take it, you might not find it as they throw away your belongings the moment you check out. My entire toiletries were thrown away by the cleaning lady. And the number registered on booking is not a direct contact number, most of the time they don’t respond.
