Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The owner, Ann, really goes out of her way to meet everyone's needs and ensure that you have an enjoyable time, including excellent recommendations on the best spots to eat and visit. All the rooms are gorgeously decorated, such that it feels like a real home. My room had a balcony with great views and the bed was super comfy. There is even an extremely well-equiped communal kitchen and roof garden with awesome views of the river and local temple. The location is fab, with the old city an easy walk away and fantastic nighttime food market right outside.

The owner is very kind, she also gave me the opportunity to take a shower after checking out before taking the night bus to Chang mai

I found some big cockroaches in the evening in the bathroom while I was taking a shower, in fact I didn't dry myself and ran to my room. The next day I didn't find them, maybe they arrive in the evening, I don't know.... The room is very hot, so I recommend booking a room with air conditioning

Amazing views of the river and a very comfortable, peaceful place to stay.

Peace and scenery comes at the cost of being a little further from the center and temples.
