Nothing really was just a small tiny room with a bed and tv in it

It was too small the price was to expensive for what it was noisy at the front from drinkers as I had the front room

Small and friendly. Single room was perfect size. Staff helpful and friendly.

I didn't eat breakfast, so I do not know about that, but I did have a couple of meals at the pub during the week, and they were both as expected, with nothing to complain about. Rooms and facilities were better than expected for the price, and the bed was really comfortable. I can't expect more than that, I think. For me the location was optimal, but that is just personal. Easy access to Brighton from the bus stop 3 minutes away. The X(press) lines stop there. Fast food and a corner shop next door.

Descale the shower head, guys. Water is unnecessary spraying everywhere when you are waiting for the shower to get warm.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Tea and coffee. Separate from the pub so relatively quiet. Attending a family event on Coldean so ideal location. Not much else in the area though.

Street noise occasionally. No standard TV services. Some weird Roku thing with American channels.
