While check-in is advertised as from 3pm, the property manager did not make himself available to let us in until 5pm. The rooms are on Sant’Anna piazza, site of very loud informal/unauthorized parties (1000+ people and DJ until 4am on a Wednesday, followed by 6am bottle collection). Just google Sant’Anna and the bar named “Drunks” to get an idea. The windows are absolutely not soundproof so it was impossible to sleep. No duvet, just a thin blanket covering one third of the bed. Old towels. Property is not well-maintained, eg broken hairdryer.

Perfect location, close walk to everywhere. Incredible view of the church from the window and a very cheap and fun bar with good music opposite. Bed was massive and really comfortable, the room was big so plenty of space to spread out the suitcase etc. definitely recommend staying here.

Can be loud outside in the evenings but everywhere in the city is. As a nice touch they do provide earplugs if you don’t bring your own, so can’t really ask for more.
