Cristiano was a friendly, helpful host. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet even though it is located near the historic centre. Anyone visiting Bologna will find this accommodation well-nigh ideal.

A new apartment with a fantastic location in the heart of the city, a short distance to everything. A quiet apartment, very clean, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. Cristiano sent us in advance recommendations for all points of interest in the city and also recommendations for excellent restaurants. This is very important and helps to have a perfect time in an unknown place. Virna, his wife, met us and was very kind and charming. They are wonderful people who make sure the trip goes perfectly. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Bologna

Everything was perfect

Cristiano was an excellent communicator and couldn’t have been more helpful. we met with Virna his wife on arrival and she was charming and very welcoming. The en-suite room was immaculate and very clean and we had a very good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and there was nothing that we didn’t like about the accommodation, the central position, the building, which was private and secure. Full marks to Cristiano, Virna and of course Bologna!

Everything was perfect. Very clean room and bathroom. Location doesn't get any better. Very short distance to everything. Cristiano and Virna are extremely sweet and nice. Always there to help and give good advice. We highly recommend staying there.

Everything was really good: from the room that really feels like home to the hospitality of the host. Christiano was amazing and kind. He was thoughtful and provided all the information that we needed from our stay, even recommendations for great restaurants and sightseeing in the city. Such a five star service! Location was also superb since we can easily walk along to the main tourist spots and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if we’re coming back to Bologna

The apartment has the absolute perfect location, very clean, bed was super comfy and although in the heart of the city, we had 3 nights of quiet sleep! Christiano and Virna helped us book a taxi to the airport, and had amazing recommendations for spots in town! Extra tip Christiano speaks Greek, which was very convenient. We recommend staying here and we hope we are coming again in the future!!

Cristiano’s house is so clean and warm. We stayed 3 days with my girlfriend and everything was perfect. He and his lovely wife helped us a lot and sent a long list which includes recommendations to see historical places along with restaurants. The best thing is the locatiob of the house.
