Cristiano and Virna are amazing hosts. I was contacted the day before by Cristiano with a text introducing himself and his wife. We were sent information on how to get to the property and things to do in the area. Virna welcomed us on the day making sure we were settled and had what we needed. The room was very clean and had everything we needed in it. If we needed anything we either sent a text or knocked on their door.

Very clean fresh room with everything you need in a beautiful historical building. The location is fantastic - in the heart of the city, close to cafes, restaurants and attractions in Bologna. Additionally, we would like to highlight the incredible service, hospitality and care of the host, Cristiano, who kindly shared recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing in the city, and kept in touch with us throughout our visit. Cristiano made us feel at home even though we only spent 2 days in Bologna and are grateful for such service! We highly recommend this perfect place and definitely rate it a 10 out of 10. We would really love to come back again!

The appartment was amazing!In the center of Bologna,few minutes walking from Piazza Maggiore and the towers.It was fully equipped with anything a guest may need.It was also really cozy and warm.The host was very communicative answering imediatelly and also giving us many tips and recomendations about what to visit or where to eat. Highly Recommened!

Everything about this place is wonderful, from the room itself to the location and exceptionally kind and accommodating hosts who offered very helpful tips during our stay! This was a fantastic place to stay during our time in Bologna, and we would be more than happy to return. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay at Cristiano's place. the owners are incredibly nice! the room is located in the very center. there are many shops and restaurants around. 30 minutes on foot from the train station, 5 minutes to the two towers, which are (un)fortunately under renovation. from the station 10 minutes by MEX to the airport. the room has everything you need: shower, hairdryer, towels, kettle and tea, air conditioning and heating. Looks exactly like at photos. Cristiano and Virna are incredibly helpful, huge greetings to the very nice mother! Cristiano e Virna, grazie per il meraviglioso soggiorno! Weronika & Oktawia

Beautiful historic building. Immaculately kept. Right in the heart of Bologna: so walking distance to everywhere you’d want to visit.

Everything that could have been perfect was. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, situated in the centre of the city yet it was so quiet and convenient. I felt very safe there and would definitely stay there again!
