In this accommodation you don't feel like a tourist, you feel like a friend visiting.

Cristiano, the owner, did his very best to help us, two lady travellers...the b&b is situated in an old elegany building typical of Bologna which is a very walkable city with porches which facilitate walking even when it rains...the b&b nicely furbished with excellent beds. I recommend.

I am so grateful for Cristiano, Virna and their lovely family. They went above and beyond, caring for me when I am going through a difficult time. The place itself is in a great location in the center, yet so peaceful for sleep at night! It’s also in a historical building. Do not hesitate to stay at this amazing place that’s made more amazing by the amazing hosts.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It is located near the city centre so everything is in reach by foot. Cristiano was very kind and had many tipps for exploring Bologna. It was a lovely stay and we would highly recommend the appartment.

Cristiano and Virna were wonderful hosts: he met us when we arrived to provide keys, gave us lots of really useful local info, and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The apartment is in a fantastic location, only steps away from the piazza san Stefano, probably the nicest piazza in the city! The facilities were excellent: everything was very comfortable and clean, and although it's on a main road it's completely quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were lovely and made every effort to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The room as immaculately clean and very comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a more central location, just 6-8 minutes walk to the old center of town. I hope to visit again.

Excellent communication from the host, he gave great recommendations about what to do in the area and was very attentive to our needs.

Only one thing, could have maybe used a second pillow but as we were only there for 2 days so didn’t even think to ask.

The location is very close to the main tourist attractions. The room was very clean and quiet. Cristiano - the owner, made me feel like at home. Definetely one of the best and friendly accomodation that I had in my travelling life !

Christiano and his wifes hospitality was amazing, the location was also good. We have nothing bad to say about our stay.
