Extremely well located, clean, host was brilliant, overall brilliant.

Our hosts Virna and Cristiano were beautiful people providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, they went above and beyond to ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our visit. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was pleasant, supportive and lots of laughs. Our accommodation was exceptional the beds were incredibly comfy, making it a perfect retreat to come home and relax after being out sightseeing all day. We, also appreciated the helpful notes and information about local attractions and museums provided by the hosts, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were a fantastic bonus, adding great value to my experience. Thank you so much Virna and Cristiano for looking after us - we had an amazing stay in your lovely home, we will definitely be back next year. The host is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and spacious. The location is absolutely great and not noisy at all. They gave us a very extensive list of nice places to visit and also offered us coffee in the morning. Very nice people.

The issue is that this apartment is sort of a room that is completely separated from the hosts' apartment. It's no great issue, but you can hear them having dinner and just living their life. There is a door that i suppose connects the room with their apartment. which is not really intimate. The door is always locked, but it fel a bit out of place for me.

What I really appreciated was the host Cristiano reaching out the day before our arrival. He gave specific instructions on how to get there from the train station, which was a great help. The room was very bright and inviting. It reminded me of a little apartment we rented in Siena. They keep it immaculate. They also came to the room and tidied it when we were gone, which doesn't happen with vrbo, etc. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. Cristiano recommended many good restaurants and places of interest. He was super helpful and a marvelous host!

The host is very friendly and informative and the property is beautifully situated in a vibrant part of town. The room is well appointed and the bed comfortable. The building is a gorgeous historic structure. Despite the property being so central, the room is not noisy.

It is comfortable and well equipped for modern living. Great location for sightseeing, eating and vintage shopping. The owners live in the same building which is more than a century old. It feels good to experience a part of Bologna's history.
