It is just by the University of Catania. Owner met me himself fo it was nice and easy, very polite and helpfull. It is clean and lots of space. They even had tiny breakfast ready at room if something!

I liked everything.

Location excellent for meeting colleagues in the university.

Breakfast was via a voucher in one of four local cafes, however, the value of the voucher was unknown and appeared to be limited to one coffee and one pastry. I do not eat large breakfasts but this was minimal.

A very nice room with beautiful views, comfy bed, a lot of space.

Close to Metro station, airport shutle and close enough to train station. Nice big rooms, clean and with cohererent interior design.

Spacious and clean room, good location, easy to get to and in a good area.

I booked this room because of a balcony, but only one of the 3 rooms has it, so make sure to request it. There’s a tiny communal fridge in the corridor, it was a bit annoying that someone was using my space (Fridges in the rooms is not working). There was a coffee machine with trays on top of that fridge, so full of excess water with a bit of odour and pilled pods, not the best experience. Finally, the host that was in the room next door was super noisy and merry with his girlfriend, that I had to write to him via this app at around 1 am. Sure I’d be less annoyed if I wasn’t working the next day and if it was other guests making noise. When I addressed this, he said I’m not for the city, I should go to the country side next time… I left things ok, and made a joke but cancelled this accommodation for my return to Catania and found much better place to stay

Very good contact with the host, the room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay.
