The owner was extremely helpful and guided us whenever we asked for help.Train and Bus station were very near and easily reachable.very beautiful town with all modern amenities..very nice view from my room

"Perfect place to stay"

The staff was amazing. I forgot my US/Europe adapter at home and could not find one in Bologna. After an hour-long search, I finally asked the staff if they could help. They found me a new one within 10 minutes. Whatever inquiry I had, they were super responsive and helpful. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and groceries. The place was comfortable.

The only think I didn't love so much was the pillows (they were a little thin for my taste), but I'm sure they would have accommodated me if I asked the staff.
