Antonio was very welcoming as a host and made our stay as comfortable as it could have been!

Extremely convenient location, close to the centre, the train station, to the shops, there is a supermarket next to the room and also a bus station that can take you even quicker to the train station (bologna centrale). The host was very helpful and understanding, the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom new and modern.

The only kind of negative thing i have to say is that our room didn't have a balcony, only windows.

The wifi didn't work at all. The apartment is indicated as "soundproof", unfortunately, it's very noisy both from the street and from the neighboring flats.

The location was good.

The wifi was unusable, it exists but can’t be used to do anything. We had to wait an 45 minutes outside the building before check in. One of the rooms did have cold air conditioning.

We announced the apartment owner that we will arrive at noon. He said to text him when we land and he will come after us at the airport. After the check-in process was done, he asked us to pay him 25 euros cash only for taxi services. We also needed to pay 3 euros per person per night staying only in cash.

Excellent location for exploring and getting to know the city. The property was exceptionally clean and owner appeared very helpful (via a telephone call only) once I had - accidentally - bumped into him.

The never ending noise of the traffic, combined with two nights of open air rock concerts which lasted - on one night - till 1.15am! The name “ Cortesia 4” does not appear anywhere on the outside of the building, making it impossible to identify if you’ve arrived at the correct venue. There is no reception to check in and/or ask for help/information.

The location was very good close to the buses. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being there. The blackout curtains were a big plus.

Our room was in a three room apartment, with a separate bathroom and key, the hallway being common. We did not feel entirely safe. We could hear the other people entering the apartment. The internet connection was not very good but after we let the owner know it was better. You can hear some noise from the street.

The location was great and the bed was very comfy. We had an amazing view right at the Porta San Donato.

The walls were a bit thin so we could hear the nieighbors quite clearly.

The couple who have the room very very friendly and helpfull. There is a super market under which is a life saver because there is nothing very close by. There is a cafeteria there as well but it was closed for the 3 days out of 4 that we were there so the supermarket was good. Bus stop is also near which takes you to center and the main station. The room is OK but very noisy at night and the single bed is not for an adult too small. Also the towels were very hard and because they where not white they gave the impression of not being clean. Overall it was OK but a little bit expensive for what it offers. You have to count in the price of the room the tax they charge when you get there which is not mentioned by booking nor by email when I booked the room . Which is another extra cost to consider that does not show up anywhere they dont give a receipt 3 euros per person per night. Also the kitchen that is mentioned is not in a common area so it cannot be used. It is in another room which is not suitable for a family because it only has a double bed.
