Good location, comfy bed, nice owners.

Apartment was not properly cleaned: - tons of dust on top of the wardrope (we store a bag there) - there was leftover food in the fridge and cosmetics under the shower belonging to previous guests. We were charged 10€/day for a small pet (3kg dog). To be clear, we were notified about it in advance but the apartment details on Booking.com stated that pets are free of charge. Please correct the misleading description.

No kitchenette. Photos as advertised are misleading.

Located within an easy walk of Bologna city centre and central train station. Large room with good facilities, comfy bed and hot shower. Owner quickly responded to messages. Local shop and bistro in the same block were very handy.

As we expected, being on the main road the traffic was very loud throughout the night.

The property is advertised as having kitchen but actually there are several rooms and we got the one without. Everything in it was done to a cheapest possible standard, shower door was not existing, cracks, dust over the doors, old TV hanging dangerously so that you hit your head against it if not careful. Noisy too, you can hear neighbors and noisy outside most of the night.

Me and my friend had an amazing first time in Italy experience thanks to this wonderful apartment located in a walking distance from the city center. The apartment is clean, with comfy bed and a nice balcony. The owners helped us to get from the airport late at night and we sincerely thank them for that. It was an unforgettable trip that left us wanting to see more in Italy. For people visiting Bologna, Cortesia 4 is the best choice.

Host was extremely helpful. Location was perfect for us and the room was very clean.

there was some confusion about what the accommodation offered that was not fully clear on the website so we didn;t quite get the the room expected but this was more to do with lack of clarity on booking.com that anything else/

Clean and well maintained. Good location.

Finding parking can be a little tricky until you get used to the city, but there is a large underground car park near the station if you can’t find other parking.

Good value of money, nice location - just around 15 minutes by walk to the center

The room was quite noisy, roads were busy all the time. It was quite hot and some mosquitos. Also the shower had a problem with a slow water waste.
