The only thing we had some difficulty with, was the air conditioner. Perhaps, it was too hot, so it couldn't get on with the heat, but it was only for one night and after that it managed fair enough.

Wspaniały i życzliwy właściciel. Dogodna lokalizacja. W pobliżu supermarket, lokalne bary i restauracje.

The location is very accessible from Bologna Centrale train station (15-20 min on foot) and also to city center.

Close to the road (better not open the window at night). There are other rooms with other people. Each room has a private bathroom but you can still hear people entering the apartment.

The terrible noise, many traffic and the apartment is very hot. You can't be there without the air conditioner on even all the night. There's a balcony but you can't use it because of the noise and the hot.

We liked having a balcony, it was nice to sit out there in the evening sun. The room was clean, and the bathroom was modern.

There were no check in instructions so when we got to the property we had no idea where to go or what to do. We had told the hosts we would be arriving at 12pm noon however they thought we were coming at midnight, the only reason we could only check in then was because they were expecting another guest. It was very basic and quite small. The oven was broken.
