The only good thing was the location

Rude host 4 towels for 5 adults No toilet paper Dim lights and only one socket working in the room ( which you pay extra for after booking! 75eu extra for 5 adults to cover electricity, gas, and water) Not even the bare minimum conditions to stay in. No soap, no toilet paper, no towels, no proper shower, not enough sockets! Asked for a fan as it was hot during our stay in September. Host said it's winter, and just left, never to return or say anything Shower is walk in... Meaning shower head hanging in the bathroom! You try to shower and you end up flooding the room, with water on the toilet and sink, and then wiping the floor with the same towel you have to use for the next 2 days! Broken toilet seat and no hangers in bathroom where you can hang your towel or clothes Nowhere was written that we need to climb 2 flight of stairs. Only got to know once we arrived. One of us is disabled and one of us is pregnant Tried constantly talking to host, but kept avoiding us and talking to us in Italian. He then switched to English when he threatened us he will be bringing the police! Waiting for 1.5 hours for someone to open the door for us to be able to check in. Messages sent to host before our arrival were never answered or replied to. What you see here in their listing is not what you get in reality! Worst stay ever for all 5 of us!

Localization - very close to Sanctuary.

Definitely the worst choice Ive ever done via booking com. 1. There are hidden not optional payments for water, gas and electricity that you will have added when selecting this place – 7,5 euro per day. Its since April this year (I learned from booking com consultant) so may not be very commented yet by others and its not showed in main information you will check. Booking com allows on this!! If you book this you will see this with small letters in your meil. Maybe its showed during the reservation process, I just don’t remember. 2. Bathroom is terrible. At first glance I did not notice shower, as its just created from pipe between toilet and wall (40 cm?), no cover, protection, so water is all over around, and you need to watch out that water will not get to the room when taking shower. Photos of bathroom added in booking com hide what I just described. 3. Owner wanted to take a photo of my id, after I informed its illegal in EU, after some minutes of explanation he agreed to put down the data. 4. Name of the place is different in real that showed on booking com – I was looking for this some time with other people although staying just in front of this place. No signs. I received email on this what is the real name after I checked in and complained to booking com. 5. I was treated not politely – example – It was raining and my friend helped me to get to this place with umbrella and was waiting in the corridor for me. We`ve been informed that I should have firstly contact the owner and ask for permission. Ok, but I was not informed on this prior. It was very unpolite. 6. The room was not cleaned, even with trashes for 4 days.

Comfortable and nice place. The hoster was very kind person and did suggested us what to visit. We really appreciated and visit Monte Sant Angelo. A miracle place, you shouldn't leave without vsiting it. The villa is very next to the churches. Higly recommend it

Luciano was very very kind, generous, warm, accomodating and understanding. With such a wonderful location very close to the Church, the price is truly very reasonable. Not only a quiet place but surely pilgrims will love the place.
