Apartment located in a Beautiful period property. Exceptional hosts. Great central location within walking distance of all the sites. Free Parking at the property.

The flat is bigger than my own home. Martina provided fresh fruit, coffee and tea, chilled water and juices too! The location was perfect for enjoying the annual infiorata and the terrace was more than appreciated to escape the infiorata crowds.

To turn on the light above the coffee area, you have to use the switch outside the room that also turns on the lights over the bed, so just a small thumbs down.

Unique location, can’t be any better. Owner takes good care of you and is very helpful. Great room to stay in.

This beautiful property is a little “gem” right in the heart of Noto city and just a few steps from the Cathedral and principal corso.. The room was spacious, well furnished, clean and comfortable and also had a little private terrace overlooking the rooftops onto the cathedral.. the hosts were welcoming and made us immediately feel at home and the room had free snacks, fruit, water, juices and a coffee machine.. We loved this fantastic place and next time we visit Noto we will definitely come back to this little treasure!!

Great location very close to the cathedral of Noto. Noble palace, the room is accessed through a courtyard where you can park your car which is very convenient. The staff are very helpful and responsive. There is a little terrace off the large bedroom which is great to relax and take some sun. Great caffe next door called Costanzo for delicious coffee, drinks and Sicilian sweet pastries. Highly recommend.

Nothing to complain about. If you arrive by car make sure you get the exact address so that you can arrive easily with the navigator, some streets in the historic centre are pedestrianised and you need to know the exact route to arrive. Steep stairs up to the apartment but the staff are on hand to assist you.

Fabulous location in the centre of Noto with space to park our car which was a godsend. The room was huge - like an apartment without kitchen - and a lovely outdoor terrace area with rooftop views. There were lots of lovely touches like fruit, snacks and a fridge with soft drinks and breakfast was available in the next-door cafe.

Just a word of warning that there is a steep staircase up to the room. Breakfast options are limited in the cafe ie pastries only.
