Casa Rita

Bellissima casa vacanze da poco ristrutturata situata a Manduria a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro ha anche il posto auto all' interno chiuso da una serranda così non si lascia l'auto parcheggiata in strada, abbiamo trovato la casa super pulita al nostro arrivo e con tutti i comfort c'è anche la lavastoviglie e lavatrice e asciugatrice oltre a al clima in ogni stanza e il riscaldamento a pavimento, ci siamo trovati veramente bene, di certo un punto di riferimento per quando torneremo in zona

It was nice that we were here in the off-season, because we basically got the entire place to ourselves. We actually didn't read the listing correctly, and thought we had a private bathroom and kitchen. Usually the kitchen is shared with two other rooms and bathroom I'm not sure. But we can't complain at all, because we didn't have others there. The garden was also nice, plus parking your car there for unloading and loading was great as well!

If there were others, even if the bathroom was "private" you still have to cross a common area to go to the bathroom. I'd prefer a bathroom connected to the room. On windy days it was clear that the window frames were not sealed correctly and made quite a lot of noise. Same for the door opposite to room 3 (towards the basement), which made a lot of noise.
