One of the best places I have stay. Well prepared with everything you may need during your stay. Good value for the price. I felt like at home.

I lost the smart key inside the room with my mobile phone and it was difficult to communicate to ask help. I suggest to leave the phone number somewhere in living room for emergency cases will be a good idea. In any case Sig. Giuseppe helped me immediately once I communicate with him.

Excellent value for money place about ten minutes walk from the centre of Manduria. It's really an apartment with several bedrooms and a kitchen and bathroom. I've stayed twice and was the only person there. I don't know if sometimes the other bedroom may be occupied, in which case the kitchen and bathroom would be shared. Would work very well for a group of 3-4 people.

Access to the front door and the bedroom is by key card and on arrival it's necessary to communicate in Italian by WhatsApp. This can make it a bit complicated if you don't speak Italian but is perfectly doable with a little patience and a translation app.

The room, the bathroom and common area are so clean so I have never seen anything that clean! Everything is well maintained, totally new and high-tech. The location is close to everything

In order to access the bathroom the guest needs to go through the common area which is VERY inconvenient. Although everything is clean and nice, but still you need to dress up and take your card key, take your bathroom key and go through the common area of the property. If I knew this detail - I wouldn't rent this prophecy and I think it's supposed to be somehow articulated in the add
