Sehr gute Lage. Nähe Arena. 20 min zu Fuß vom Bhf. Zimmer schön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Es ist kein klassisches Hotel, eher eine umgebaute Wohnung daher sehr hellhörig. self check in mit Code/ohne Personal. Dies funktioniert sehr gut via WhatsApp. Foto vom Pass und Überweisung der Kurtaxe über whatsapp an die Vermieter senden. Wir haben pünktlich um 15 Uhr die Codes erhalten. Zimmer sauber. Es gibt keinen Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück nimmt man im Zimmer oder im Eingangsbereich (keine Fenster) ein. Es gibt typisch italienisches Frühstück mit Kuchen, brioche, Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Kakaokapseln. Wasser wurde jederzeit bereit gestellt.In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es schöne Cafés daher war das für uns ok. Aufbewahrung für das Gepäck gibt es neben der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nachts Lärmbelästigung im Nebenzimmer. Die Vermieter kamen sofort um das Problem zu lösen. Wir haben etwas im Zimmer vergessen. Dies haben die Gastgeber am nächsten Tag per Post gesendet. Ich fand den Preis für eine Nacht sehr günstig.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Nachts war die Straße aber sehr ruhig.

La pulizia e la posizione

Per il prezzo pagato ci si aspettava una colazione più abbondante e diversificata, magari qualcosa di cucinato o di salato e non imbustato o monoporzione

Struttura vicina al centro ben pulita Personale gentile da remoto

Non c’erano shampoo o sapone che non fosse quello nel dispenser del bagno doccia o carta igienica oltre quella appesa Inoltre la tv non funziona
