"Top Lage, kalter Fussboden und Zimmer"

Das Hotel ist mitten im Zentrum, daher top gelegen. Doch der Boden und das Zimmer waren sehr kalt. Ist wohl schlecht isoliert.

Posizione perfetta, centralissima, la camera era pulita e confortevole con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo visto il periodo natalizio.

Colazione inclusa nel prezzo ma praticamente inesistente, poca attenzione verso le esigenze del cliente sopratutto per la gestione del check in e della camera (un solo rotolo di carta igienica piccolo e neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua).

Posizione eccezionale. Camera accogliente e pulita.

Eravamo in due ed abbiamo trovato un solo asciugamano per il viso. Forse la colazione sarebbe da migliorare.

non mi hanno accolto e trattenuto la somma già pagata e 2 volte la tassa di soggiorno. Da denuncia ma sono un uomo di 65 anni e mi è sufficiente che gli eventuali ospiti leggano questa recensione e pensino bene prima di inviare soldi. grazie .
