Everything was great. The bedroom was super clean, the bed was comfortable and clean, the towels were soft and clean. The building is very well located and in minutes you can get to the city centre through the public escalators. The owners were super kind and the instructions were precise. 10/10.

The room is nicely located near the bus station and old city centre. The room is fully equipped and has a nice outside terrace.

The bed was quite hard and there weren't enough blankets to keep me warm. I turned on the heater, but as I wanted to increase the room temperature in the way the instructions told, this function appeared to be blocked. The shower temperature was highly unstable and varied quickly from too hot to too cold. Further, although I booked the same hotel as I was in the last time I visited Perugia, it appeared to be at a different location. This, I didn't expect and was disappointing to me, since I chose this hotel for its location. Unfortunately, this isn't clearly advertised at the booking com website.

The owners have done a great job of making videos to find the location and opening the door.

The room was quite small.

The accomodation is very close to the historic city centre. The room has everything you need: mini fridge, great air conditioning, water kettle etc. Everything was super clean. Communication was excellent via WhatsApp (plus there are photos and videos how to get to the accomodation which is great). Overall, great place!
