Location and cleanliness

TV channels DO NOT WORK. We were told that it's because of the Centro storico LIE because on our previous trip to Perugia we stayed at Hotel Fortuna which is closer to the Centro storico and we did not have any issues with watching tv. When we had this issue we called one of the numbers on WhatsApp to be spoken to by a very arrogant man who told us he cannot help us cause it was his day off. Then we called another number and was spoken by Vittoria who told us the lie about the issue because of being close to the Centro storico. It's a pity that you lose your credibility because of something like this.

I really liked the attention to details, the really helpful instructions from the hosts and that the room was very clean.

It was very comfortable. At the end of the day you want a comfortable bed and a good cup of coffee in the morning. They were also very responsive to my needs.

We had booked "Relais" Santa Cecilia but it had problem and communication was a total nightmare When we tried to go out the key stuck in the door So this place was a last minute salvation When we had trouble accessing the key he came to help us in just a few minutes
