Individual rooms for a big group its a commodity. We love it! Also air conditioning in every room was perfect for the hot weather in palermo.

"Left me with a bad first experience!"

Very dirty, the towels were grey instead of used to be white, rough and gross. And then I had an incident with coffee maker and owner Alex blamed me like I had done something when I was trying to clean up what others had left as too many pods. Had the nerve to actually say “we Italians know how to use a coffee maker”… like WTH you don’t know my ethnicity idiot! Noise from a party from 11:30 until 1:30 am so I could not sleep at all. Because of Alex, I immediately checked out and would never recommend! Pay extra for an actual nice hotel. Thought I was saving money but left in tears and frustration! How terribly rude and unfortunately unprofessional!

Better and CLEANER coffeemakers as well as walls, towels, sheets and definitely clean the dang air conditioner vent!

No es lo que te venden, una de las camas estaba en el suelo y era de muy baja calidad, además ça casa tenía un olor muy malo a perro y humedad.

Camere ampie con ognuna un suo bagno, puliti e moderni. Pulizia ottima e accoglienza top con Ester, gentilissima, disponibile e ci ha dato tanti consigli su cose da vedere e dove mangiare!!! Posizione ottima per visitare Palermo!

Essendo proprio nel centro su una delle strade principali, è un po’ rumoroso in alcune camere, ma nulla di non sopportabile

We booked an apartment, and since one of the toilets wasn’t working, the staff gave us a free upgrade to a Plus room, which was a really nice gesture. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was great, close to everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.
