Outrageous, be careful, as check-in can be without notice, we were naked when the manager came with things and other clients and started showing them the apartments? How can this be if the old ones haven't checked out yet? There is a phone, there is WhatsApp, there is a doorbell at worst, how can you just take the door open and come in with others without warning? Terrible service!
