"Pleasant"

Description inaccurate. Oversold the place. Much smaller and further from station than described. Not a guest house. Just a private studio apartment. No comfortable chairs. Just stools in a sitting area, much of which was taken up by double-deck beds.

The place feels narrow in bathroom, kitchen and living room . I suggest moving the bed in the living room to bedroom to gain some walking space.

"Very good"

Clean. Kitchen well stacked with dishes, tea, microwave, etc. Nice table n chairs in the middle made it a cozy place for us to enjoy the chat/company. Large supermarket Lion D’or nearby.

Property itself is perfectly fine. The location is slightly away; but we were ok to walk those 10 min.

"Great and quiet place to stay for visiting Nikko"

The property was in a great location for visiting Nikko in a group, it is a short walk to the train station in a quiet area. The facilities inside are nice and were completely clean on arrival. The owners are also very communicative which was reassuring.
