Taka et Aki sont des hôtes incroyables, nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient très copieux, frais et délicieux. La chambre avec tatami était très agréable et très confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Les bains sont très proches du logement et rajoutent une expérience très traditionnelle à ce séjour ! Les hôtes sont très prévenants et toujours prêts à conseiller sur les choses à faire aux alentours. Je ne peux que conseiller de séjourner à Traveler's Inn : Chaleureux, typique et inoubliable :)

Lisez bien les conditions inacceptables de cet établissement car si je l'avais fait je n'aurai jamais réservé ici Arrivee uniquement entre 16 et 18 et dehors à 9h . L'établissement n'a pas de salle de bain . Il vous paye l'entrée des bains municipaux mais si vous êtes comme moi vous vous lavez 2 fois par jour ,il faudra payer la deuxième fois . Payez pour les serviettes ! J'ai voulu changer de date vu les conditions d'arrivée, oui mais il voulait un supplément alors que cet endroit est déjà plus cher que les autres. Quand on ne veux pas bien accueillir des clients on change de profession !

Fantastic local hospitality and local knowledge of the area. Taka-San and Aki-San were so generous with their time. They prepared delicious meals and gave us an incredible sightseeing experience (for a very reasonable additional fee) of this stunning area. We highly recommend visiting Kawayu Onsen and staying here for an authentic experience. We enjoyed socialising over communal meals and tea. I also liked the local hot onsen (just down the road) and Aki-San drove us there and back in the snow. It was a highlight of our trip to stay with Taka-San and Aki-San and be shown this incredible landscape.

The green exit sign was bright outside our bedroom but I was able to hang a dark item of clothing over our door window to block it out.

Very kind and welcoming hosts. Good and plentiful food. Warm comfy rooms in winter

The public bath we had to use. It was old and dirty looking. For one night stay it was tolerable.

Friendly couple running the place. Freshly cooked delicious dinner and breakfast.
