Great location on the beach, short walk from the pier, nice loungers, and chairs to chill and enjoy the views and sunshine.

Absolutely loved our stay here, james and the team are all super friendly and really helpful. Rooms are clean, cool with the AC and comfortable. We loved having the ability to borrow the snorkels for free, and it's also set up really nicely for chilling or remote working in the lounge area. We were undecided between m'pai and saracen but so glad we came here because its such a nice vibe and great if you're looking to meet other people travelling whereas saracen feels a ltitle more 'clinical' and resorty. Thanks all!

Fabulous location on the beach. Great to be able to use paddleboards and snorkels. Toasties good for lunch. Good to see no plastic bottles. Just a few steps away from the sea and plenty of nice spots to eat in mpai bay.

Overall rooms need a bit of TLC. It was new year when we were there so food on offer in the evenings or some days and no housekeeping over the 3 night stay. Quite noisy in the rooms with sea views until bar next door closes. Struggled to fit the mossie net effectively over the bed.

The owner was so kind and accommodating, and I loved the location and bungalow!! I wish I could have stayed longer. It was very clean as well

Lovely spot right at the beach, the staff is just amazing. They are so very welcoming, it almost felt like I was staying with friends! For sure this is the place to stay in M'Pai Bay!!
